Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. Please note that any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

From this site, we ship everywhere in the country of Belgium (Benelux). If your address is located outside of Belgium and (Benelux) please make your way to https://thecandledust.com/

 

DELIVERY

Delivery times vary based on your location. Normally, orders are delivered within 2-8 working days; however, for certain destinations delivery can take longer.
Delivery times do not include delays caused by possible customs clearances for shipments to be delivered outside of the European Union. Any shipments within the European Union will not require any customs or duties to be paid. All orders will be delivered by Bpost or Post NL.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Shipping charges are all at a fixed fee of 6,99 EUR, which you will be able to conveniently find at check out.

TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES

Since shipments are at this point in time are only caried out within Belgian borders a 21% tax will be calculated on the checkout page during the checkout process. (Your tax will be calculated based on your your total checkout price and not each individual product)

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 14 days as from receipt of the order. Only products that are unopened/unused and contained in unbroken/undamaged packages can be returned.
We will reimburse to you the amount paid for relevant products and original delivery costs within 3 days as from receiving such returned goods in our warehouse. Please note that it might take longer for the refund to be received on your account as transfers between payment systems can take longer.
The consumer bears relevant delivery costs upon product returns. The seller will not reimburse the costs of a return delivery.
Please note that TheCandledust will not reimburse any customs duties if such duties have been paid upon product returns.
