Our premium reed sticks are specially designed to absorb and evenly disperse fragrance, allowing you to enjoy a consistent and long-lasting scent experience. Made from natural, porous materials, they draw up diffuser oil smoothly and release the aroma into the air—without the need for flame or electricity.
Perfectly balanced in size and thickness, they provide the ideal fragrance diffusion for any space. Whether you're refreshing your diffuser with a reed diffuser refill, or enhancing the atmosphere with one of our 50ml reed diffusers or 500ml reed diffusers, our sticks ensure optimal scent diffusion every time.
Simply insert them into your diffuser and let them do the work—effortless, elegant, and effective.
At CandleDust, we take pride in crafting our reed diffusers with the finest ingredients, ensuring a luxurious and long-lasting fragrance experience in your home. Each of our products is handmade, reflecting our commitment to quality and care.
Choose the right location: Place your reed diffuser in a central spot in the room, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and open windows. This helps distribute the scent evenly and extends the lifespan of the diffuser.
Insert the reeds: Insert the scented reeds into the bottle, making sure they are evenly spaced. The reeds absorb the fragrance oil and gradually release the scent into the air.
Flip the reeds: For a stronger scent, flip the reeds every few days. The more often you flip them, the more intense the fragrance will be.
Adjust the fragrance intensity: If the scent is too strong, remove a few reeds. Conversely, add more reeds for a more powerful fragrance.
Monitor the oil level: Reed diffusers typically last several weeks, but the duration may vary depending on the size of the room, the temperature, and the number of reeds used. Refill the bottle as needed to maintain your desired fragrance level.
Use fewer reeds in smaller spaces: In smaller rooms, such as bathrooms or closets, start with fewer reeds to prevent the scent from becoming overpowering.
Flip the reeds regularly: To maintain a consistent scent, flip the reeds regularly. This refreshes the fragrance and ensures even distribution throughout the room.
Protégez les surfaces : Place your reed diffuser on a coaster or tray to protect surfaces from any potential spills.
Avoid mixing scents: If you decide to switch fragrance oils, it's best to use new reeds. Mixing scents can result in an unpleasant fragrance combination.
Flipping your reed sticks from time to time provides a fresh burst of fragrance and helps prevent the sticks from becoming clogged. We recommend doing this about once a week or every two weeks.
To do this, remove the reeds from the bottle and insert the dry end back into the holder. Perform this over a sink or trash bin to prevent any oil from dripping onto your table or furniture. Use a tissue to hold the reeds so your fingers don’t get oily.
High-quality reed sticks can last up to six months, but you may notice the scent fading after the first month. This is because dust and other impurities can build up in the reeds over time, hindering the diffusion of the fragrance oil.
For best results, we recommend replacing your reed sticks every 2 to 3 months.
If you haven’t tried a reed diffuser yet, it’s definitely worth giving one a try. They’re easy to use, long-lasting, low-maintenance, and perfect for bringing a festive and warm atmosphere to your home during the holidays.
